Rotor disk system for type 4 latex strips, 4 swivels included!

The Rotor-Disk system allows the operator to quickly set the correct jumper weight with type 4 latex strips.

Innovations 2026:
Price reduction and even lower unit price with 4 systems for a 4-seater bungee trampoline.
The upper disc has now also been equipped with a swivel, so that a total of four smooth-running swivels are already integrated in this system.

How it works:
Type 4 latex strips are inserted into the upper disk with narrower slots and always remain there. The lower discs on the jumper have 2 narrower holders, in which 2 rubber ropes (usually 2 x 10kg = 20kg) always remain.
The long protrusions of the strips at the lower end make it quick and easy to adjust the weight of the jumper beyond the 20kg already attached.
The two swivels at the top and bottom ensure that the strips hardly get caught.

Advantages:
– 4 high-quality, already integrated stainless steel swivels per set.
– Therefore at least 2 carabiners and swivels less necessary than with other set-ups.
– Retaining webbing for latex material protection and longer service life.
– Lower running costs.
– Greater safety than when using other retaining systems for latex hoses due to webbing distance.

Scope of delivery and price information:
If you order quantity “1”, you will receive 4 discs (2 upper and 2 lower with woven tape) for one jumping area.
If you order 4 systems for a 4-fold bungee trampoline system, the unit price is reduced!

Recommended equipment variants per jumping platform set (order separately):
– For max. 90kg jumper weight: 16 pieces 10kg and 4 pieces 5kg
– For max. 95kg jumper weight: 18 pieces 10kg and 2 pieces 5kg
– For max. 100kg jumper weight: 20 pieces 10kg (without 5kg)
